In July 2010 FI and partners submitted a joint-UPR report to the UN on the human rights situation of Australia. It specifically highlights concerns for Indigenous affairs, the rights of refugees and asylum seekers, and climate change.

UPR Report on Kenya
In May 2010 FI and partners submitted a joint-UPR report to the UN on the human rights situation of Kenya. The report highlighted concerns for: the right to adequate housing, rights to food and safe drinking water, gender (including the situation of single mothers and domestic violence), right to education, right to health, Good Governance and Rule of Law to Achieving Lasting Peace (including peace building, administration of justice and human rights), and conditions in prisons.

FI Submits UPR Report on USA
In April 2010, FI submitted a joint written UPR report for the Universal Periodic Review of the USA. The report highlighted certain issues including: Homelessness and the right to adequate housing; Migrant workers (the mandatory detention and administration of justice); Human Trafficking; Mining and its impact on the right of indigenous people to the highest attainable standard of health and to clean water; and the Right to food and genetic engineering (GE).

UPR Report on Croatia
In April 2010, FI submitted a UPR Report on Croatia. It addressed three main concerns: The right to palliative care; the right to social security for the homeless and the right of the child especially in the media.
During the presentation of the UPR of Croatia to the UN on 8 November 2010, several Permanent Missions endorsed and addressed a number of FI's concerns and recommendations.
