FI submits UPR Report on East Timor

FI and partners submitted a joint-UPR report to the UN on the human rights situation of East Timor in mid-March as an immediate result of an in-country two-day workshop with the Franciscan Family. Their key concerns were on the Rights of the Child in relation to the juvenile justice system, violence against children and the right to education.
